Thanks to 3D technologies BRAva wants to provide comfortable, fitting bras to women with the highest possible wearing comfort. With the help of the BRAva-app, women will be empowered to scan their bodies on their own and formulate their personal bra needs. After scanning they will receive a bra perfectly manufactured to their body in a short time and at an affordable price.

Size standardisation, trends and over- or mass-production have made the fashion industry one of the most polluting industries in the world. The concept of BRAva is a breakthrough in the fashion industry concerning overproduction and customization. Thanks to 3D data capturing and processing BRAva will create a new and direct fashion supply chain which will make the production of bras an environmental impact. 

The complete process automation enables BRAva to keep the production costs low while individualising, as well as reducing the environmental impact

The Vision/Motivation of BRAva is to have in 10 years, different places and an app  where people can scan themselves and get their knitted bra. Customers don't have to fit/squeeze in industrially pre-formed average sized cups. And no one will be talking about cup sizes anymore. We should no longer think about which size is the right one to classify the breast. Breasts should no longer be classified at all. Bras should do their job and be comfortable, offer the necessary protection and support in every-day life and free women from unnecessary worries about their physical appearance.
